SHIPPING POLICY

1. We ship from Singapore or Guangzhou, China.

2. We process all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

3. Long lead-time/Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days on arrival of stock.

4. Successfully placed order will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam mail box or contact us for confirmation.

5. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@vinshineaudio.com

6. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped

7. Please review and ensure that vou have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

8. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SOUNDAWARE / VINSHINE AUDIO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
